• Taped to roll Cores: In order to meet your Xerox made requirements all media is taped to the core. This prevents uneven cut ends or pieces of unsecured tape from damaging the photo receptor and/or getting lodged inside equipment causing jams resulting in down time or quality issues.
• Curl Control: Maintains excellent curl control both during copying and after.
• Grain Direction Controlled: Random fiber distribution provides proper stiffness for efficient and consistent runnability and reduces the chance of jamming.
• Moisture Controlled: Crucial tolerances minimize moisture loss and/or gain which directly affects equipment performance.
• Resistivity: All media has the ability to hold and release a charge. This parameter is carefully monitored to provide high image quality and proper toner adhesion.
• Paper Dust Minimized: XES uses a quality cutting process and special sizing agents used to increase paper surface strength by locking fillers and fibers. Toning image is more consistent with no voids, thus helping equipment to run cleaner with fewer service calls and proper toner adhesion.
• Filled/Fiber Ratio Controlled: No talc fillers. Paper integrity is maintained for smooth imaging/drafting surface without loss of stiffness or contributing to equipment dust contamination.
